Since your car is a 93 model, you do not have the EGR and also the PCV tube that goes to the top head.
Under the intake manifold you have the vacuum valve/ servo that controls the VVIS or Volvo Variable Induction System. The solenoid valve is in the shroud for the air filter. Do a quick search it is a neat system.
Your intake system actually changes the opening for the amount of air. I will remove the throttle body and actually clean the whole manifold since it is out, I took one to the car wash and spray some oven cleaner inside and come out looking like a million bucks.
My car has a short and thin belt with 43 tooth only and 50 K interval. I read some where that you can replace it with the normal belt is you order a special kit for this.
