Did you buy it using email, as they suggest. Do you use the oil and the cleaner every time or the oil infrequently and the cleaner occasionally? Is there any stickiness at all? I don't know to what extent the new finish of the 2001 models has an impervious protective coating so that oil will not penetrate until it becomes worn. Any idea? Thanks - sounds like a good product. The web site says that the products will also work on vinyl.
