Not running on idle. 850 1996

Only when the weather is hot (20-25 degrees c) my 850

wont run on idle. It starts fine but as soon as I let go of the ignition key, the engine stops. After driving for about 5 minutes the problem is gone. Suspect the idle servo or some electronic failure.

Anyone out there who knows the solution?
