Is there a wire from the computer to the coil/ignition? The black box next to the coil? You know, the one with the exposed wire that is now turning green :)

As for the cold air intake - I found an air cleaner for a turbo along with its intake nozzle that goes to the grill and replaced the lower portion of the air cleaner. That pre heater hose is out of there! Engine runs fine at -25F.

You might have a dirty front O2 sensor that no longer reacts as quickly, but save that for warmer weather. Yes, the colder the engine the worse the mpg. Ditto for that rotten E10 blend. And tire pressure that drops 2psi for every 10 degrees.
