Hi Klaus,
Thanks for your reply to my rear bumper issue. It might help my cause with the insurance company if you could elaborate on the following which you wrote: If the tailgate is bent, it was a very hard hit.
It WAS a hard hit but the insurance company doesn't believe me that it was. I would sure appreciate your help on this, Klaus.
