I NEVER mentioned I expected a soft ride! I stated I looked for touring Bilstiens they did not manufacture them at the time! I bought this brand because I had success with them in the past and for the LIFETIME WARRANTY while others less expensive only warranty for a year! I stated I was going to put 100# bags into the back to see if I could get intelligent feedback as to why this would substantially help all-around performance. (An imbalance front vs rear). I have since learned that the front shocks have been slightly overdesigned for this particular model! Thus causing me to go thru a second set of mounts and bearing supplied at no cost. PS the retailer misinformed me that they would break in!!!

I guess sometimes you just need to post in order to comment. But next time before you do try and think a bit more positive and try a bit more on the productive intelligent solution instead of misinterpreting folks comments! Thanks anyway! Perhaps in the future nothing said may be more!
