Reset timing at crank - but crank locked

Hi, thanks. Yes, all horizontally correct.
Have reset that timing this morning and that is okay now. I imagine slip of timing belt. Tensioner wasn't really on one time.
Now show air mass meter code.
I sprayed it, with mass air meter spray before this happened. Go figure.
