Thanks for that great advice. While I know an adjustment at the handle is not unique, is this mechanism unique?

Lastly, in theory, on a car w/ such low miles, what did this technician do to foul up the adjustment when he swapped out the rotors? I thought if they're careful, it should never be a major difference unless they p-brake was previously adjusted for wear.
