Ignition switch problem S40-V40 2004

Typing error, key DOESNT pass from pos II to POS III,that s what I should have said.... Anyway with help of a friend I got it to go. Problem is in cylinder lock. Something is broken inside. We disconnected it from ignition switch and with key in position II and a flat head screwdriver on ignition switch we started it and got it home. Problem now is remove cylinder cause it's held by two headless screws... Have to either drill them out,90 degree angle drill? Or use a punch and hammer... Or go to dealer!
