Why rust and Torx screws do not work together 850

Thanks, DG, but I am going with a 1.5 inch nut and bolt with a lock washer to secure the Ebrake line to the car. This part doesn't get any stress, except for salt, so I don't care about tensile strength. If I have to do the other side one of these years, I will probably do the same, even if I get the Torx screw out.

I can't wait to get the thermostat housing off!!! T40.
