drivers window stopped working (minor update) 850 1993

I just checked the car again, and noticed something new.

When I try to lower the drivers window, I can hear a clicking sound (or more accurately, what sounds like crackling) and then the other 4 don't work. The lights dim in the car a bit, and the 4 buttons all dim at the same time.

And then when I wait a second, the other 3 buttons work fine until I get to the drivers button and the same thing happens again.
