Thanks, all, for your responses!

I ended up doing this myself, and it was a lot better than I expected! Bought a headliner at JoAnn fabrics, bought spray adhesive, took out the old liner, rubbed the old, dried-out glue off with gloved hands, and carefully glued and applied the new liner, cut, and voila! It looks great! Thanks again!
