Need help on maintenance items 850 1995

This is my first Volvo (1995 850 Turbo). Any help/suggestions from Volvo gurus out there will be very much appreciated.

(1) Where and how to grease the link arm stops? I can't seem to find anything that has an opening to accept my grease gun.

(2) What about cleaning flame trap etc at every 30,000 miles. Is it a doable job?

(3) Any tips for replacing the brake fluid? Should I buy a pump or have my wife to do the push/releases? IPD said you might permanently damage the brake system by pushing the brake pedal all the way to the floor. Do I have to remove the brake pads and install a couple of bolts as outlined in the Volvo service manual?

(4) Has anyone out there replaced the timing belt yet? Can it be done safely?
