Check Engine Light misfires O2 sensor 850

When checking compression, also check for antifreeze in the oil. I assume that you checked the heater core and its connection at the firewall.

The p0300 is multiple misfire and the other p030n tell which cylinders are involved. The O2 sensor message might be for possible CAT problems due to the misfires.

When did the ABS light come on, before or after the hub replacement?
