Good point, but actually, the parking brake on this model activates the caliper.
There are no separate shoes.

Appreciate the thought though, thanks.

I'm going to roll the dice and hope I can rebuild it for $35 as opposed to purchasing a new caliper from Volvo @ $160 or so. Rebuilds seem to be going for around $110, so I'll probably not go that route.
