Klaus, Forever Black is a paint sold by IPD.

Cleaning first with Bon Ami sounds like a good idea. I'll start there.

The rust on the wheel cover (hub cap) is actually on my 2002 Passat. I have alloys on my 850. I just replaced the rear brakes on the Passat. Unfortunately, they were grinding before I got to them. So what I mean is the hub cap has that brake dust/rust kind of sheen to it like when a caliper gets stuck. That is what I'd like to remove. Albeit safely...:) Any suggestions? Thanks!
