Upon further review -
You should take a close look at your lug nuts to see if they have any cracks or threads that look stretched or funny.
This does not have to be a big production.
loosen the lugs on one wheel just a turn or so, remove one lug, examine it, and return it to its place, tighten it gently.
Repeat for the other 4 lugs, then torque them properly.
I used to tighten them all to 50, then 70, then 80, then 81 to check them all. After 50 ,miles, check them all to 81.
It would be worth your while to do this, as you may find that some are damaged, and some are probably too tight.
