Another idea? Editing?

I know it's your board and I do like the place overall but as we've previously discussed in the Opinions forum, you know that I for one am not particularly overjoyed with this software vs other types currently used by most other forums which I find more user friendly, etc.
One major issue I've always had with this type vs the others is that we can't edit our threads in the event that we make mistakes, typo's, etc. Most other forums currently in use allow this. Can that happen here or isn't it possible?
