That code nor any others from the trans ECU won't help you figure out why your car's not starting.
You say that you know it has spark SO what about fuel pressure? That'd be the next step. No offense but I highly doubt that between you and this board you'll figure it out w/o a few tools, auto experience and knowledge (assuming that you're not very knowledgeble or experienced with auto. diagnostics) and it also helps even the best of techs to have a manual or two handy.
Most shops can only charge you about 1 hours labor to diagnose (ONLY) a "no start".
These type auto forums are great for gaining some knowledge and a few good tips but it'll never replace the real technicians out there as there's only so much we can do from here w/o actually seeing the car. You'll get ALOT of guesses here however with questions like this but be carefull not to run out and buy some expensive parts right away as that can be a very costly lesson if and when the parts don't fix the problem.
