I appreciate the responses- I have checked all the fuses both under hood and under dash, it seems wrong though that there is no power to any of the radio related fuses with the key on (64,65,66,43).
Power feed fuses and connections from under hood are all ok.
All the unused fuse slots under dash have no opening to put a fuse into.
