I would first unplug the ETM (throttle body), clean the male and female contacts, and plug them together again. Take it for a test drive, up hill from where you live. If it doesn't happen again, you might need a new plug adapter. Make sure the plug is not only secure but find a way to secure the wire to the manifold so it cannot work free.
