Tom,

FCP sells Genuine OEM Volvo key FOBs. I just purchased one in December and another about a year or so ago. The price on sale for the FOB was about $140ish or so.

I have a local Indy guy here in Maryland that did it for $42.

The name of my local guy is Scandinavian Imports.

I only take the car there when I can't do something, and this by the way is the only way to have it done. You will also need the two codes from the dealership, actually only one, but the Indy should be able to get the two codes and only the one will be needed to program the remote to the car.
