If the mount can move side to side it is toast. Does the top of the engine itself move more than before? Take a good look at the mount's rubber. If it is badly cracked that is another indication that it is replacement time.

IPDUSA.com sells a stiffer replacement for the factory mount. Some say that the IPD mount transfers more vibration to the passenger compartment than the OE mount. I had one on my 93 850. I didn't notice anymore vibration.
