Well, I perused the site and came across a similar issue on another Volvo model...seems to be a pretty common issue amongst Volvo's.

There appears to be some kind of "cap" on this t-fitting that has popped off...? Maybe from temperature variations...? Dunno, FCP has them $11.39...
