ETM Replacement V70-XC70 2000

I got the ETM and the starter out tonight (the starter needed rebuilding also).

I can also see the PCV breather box and wonder if I should replace it while I 'min there. The it replaced at this point without removing the intake?

Is there an upgraded breather box out there or is OEM still the way to go for the breather box?
