SOLVED/FIXED! - P0101 -- ECM-121B -- Mass air flow sensor -- Flow too low V70-XC70 2007

So I smoked the car this morning (Monday) and within about 15 seconds I saw smoke, but not where I was looking.

I had smoke coming out of the tube that goes to the throttle body.

When it finally cleared and I shined a flashlight in there, all I saw was the hose laying down OFF of the throttle body.

I spent a few minutes putting it back on and really tightened it up this time. Thought I had last time, but apparently NOT!

Anyways, re-smoked the car and no leaks. Put it all back together and it fired right up and ran great.

Now just to get all the systems to ready so that I can get it through the emissions inspection!
