Need purchasing advice in California

Have him take a good look around - there are some fine older cars out there. Its a different place than the northeast.

He might find a good shop to care for his car and talk to them about the local scene.

A good buy on an older BMW, Audi, Porsche, 240Z, or even a Volvo might i hold its value better than a more contemporary car.

I would love to have my 855R back if we were a bit younger and did not value the accessibility of our '12 XC70!

Remember the old Volvo sticker - I would rather walk than drive a Japanese car
