Headlight switch or moon roof (less likely unless wet). Are the daytime running lights on? Turn them off if you can. Put the dimmer switch in the off position, this is usually the problem.

How in the heck are the zip ties routed? Find a couple of T25 screws, glue the plastic so it is stiff again, then screw it back on.
