Finally bought an XC70 V70-XC70

It’s not the big chunky metal that bothers me, but there are sections of the floor pan which do. I plan on wire brushing them down and using a rust neutralizer then an encapsulator like POR 15 or such. I always thought modern Volvo’s were made out of galvanized steel?
