Engine warm-up

I have mine set to 'auto' year round. The blower doesn't engage until the temperature gauge goes up a tic. Of course, my 'cold' engine can be below zero.

Turning the blower to 'low' will not have an adverse effect, except perhaps blowing cold air around for the first 1/4 mile or so. Remember, the coolant always flows through the cabin heater, regardless of blower settings.
