"R" parts seem to be desirable but otherwise it's manual gearbox parts and accessories + wheels. Maybe your high pressure turbo engine would be desirable to someone willing to haul off the whole car (probably more hassle than your local scrapper tho).

Any accessory parts like the in-dash cupholder, rear window shades, cargo cover or divider, trailer hitch should be marketable. Seats maybe if they are in good shape and you get lucky enough to find someone in need.

Put up a "parting out" ad here, Craigslist and Facebook (there's an active group you can join in addition to Marketplace). When I scrapped a 240, I put it up on the BB classifieds; got a person to come take both drivers side doors. So you never know.
