He pushed the fender in towards the center line of car. Looks like the fender got t-boned before the front tire. Moving steel inboard did pull the rear edge of the fender forward. 1/2 inch gap to the front edge of the door.
The only clear indication of anything subframe is a big subframe washer has it's edge bent. I have a vague memory of an aluminum front bumper support having a crack in it.
I'm a fan of replacing bolts if the heads start to show any rusting. I wouldn't mind getting a bunch of front sub-frame bolts. Online parts sellers no longer seem to show bolts, they just like to sell the big parts like A-arms. My Volvo dealer is so bad now that they just have a drive in for service. No place to even park and walk into the parts department. They like to charge 40% over list price too.
