I can't listen to your files but in our '08 V70, going into reverse caused a grinding noise from the front passenger (right) side. Turned out to be both the dogbone motor mount on the top near the coolant reservoir, and especially the motor mount just under the coolant reservoir. The rubber in it had collapsed and was allowing metal to metal contact of the mount when the engine torqued in that direction while in reverse.
