A good repair garage that has a wheel alignment rig of their own could probably do the job.

My tire store Stansfield Tire in Lowell MA does enough front end work that I am sure that they could do the job.

Also Triangle Service in Chelmsford MA has a Bear alignment rig and I am sure that they do enough front end work and could do the job, I am talking about an old school big alignment rig that the car drives up on.
