Occuring on all PCs I'm using too (here and work too)

I saw this first from work yesterday and it's also occuring from all my PCs at home too. Nothing's changed in the settings on my PCs and no, I'm not "registered" per-se an either but that's never been an issue here in the past. Something's changed at this site recently.
