What, you're NOT complaining about a dealership? Is that even allowed here? ;) (humor)

See, they're not all bad are they?

As for Service writers knowing about that tube thing, those where I work don't know about that either unless I've mentioned it to them (but they'd soon forget I'm sure). At our shop, only 2 master techs know about this so far and it'll never be in print other than here.
