Can't change it to anything else

Mine also says UTC and I've tryed but can't change it. It'll say it's set to my time zone after hitting the button but I'll come back here, refresh, whatever and it still says UTC. Newest messages are still at the bottom even though I've got it set just the opposite.

It's my opinion that there's a problem here with the software.
