'Good' service score S70 1999

If you wrote or said only "good", that's a BAD score in the eyes of VCNA and that score hurt that dealers CSI score. For VCNA to give a dealer what they consider to be good, you must say "excellant" across the board when surveyed. Yeah, it's BS to me too as most people expect it fixed right, they're inconvienced, etc BUT that's how VCNA sees it.
