Cold weather question – lower engine temp? 850 1994

i've read of someone changing out for a 160 degree thermostats. then EA sells 18o degree thermostats. what are ours stock and the main differences to convert it over?

94 854 turbo. (193 hp, 230.1 ft/lbs) numbers are higher, but till i go back to the dyno, i am unsure.
