Falling hatchback 850 1995

I am trying to fix my wife's 1995 850 GLT station wagon. The rear hatch slowly falls down. What's wrong? Part number to fix it? Also the molded plastic that covers the rear hatch (inside) has popped loose and won't stay in place. It looks as if there are 2 clips that hook into the plastic and into the door, but they are missing. What are they called and/or part number. It has 2 guides that place it correctly, but the clips are at the top right below the glass. The cover for the third brake light/backup light is also broken and I need that part number. I wish she would just get a new car! Thanks in advance for the info. Please contact me by e mail steve@turco.net
