Washer Fluid is Weak / Nonexistant 850 1997

To all:

I have a 97 850 wagon and it's winshield and headlight washer nozzles have been steadily getting worse (no fluid coming out). I have heard that by changing the T-valve for them will cure the problem, so I am going to stop by the dealer today to get a replacement. I know the valve is under the insulation for the windshield, but where is the T-valve for the headlight washers?
