3rd row seat

How difficult is it to find 3rd row seat to install/have installed in a Volvo wagon? We are looking at 1994-1998 wagons and have come close to pulling the trigger but none had the 3rd row seat we really want to have. Maybe I could buy the car without it and then pick one up elsewhere.

Any thoughts/ideas?
