Replacing the gearstick knob...how? V70-XC70 1998

Hiya :-)

Today i got it off from the stick, but it DOESNT pull of, I went to the dealers. They have a special tool for it to let go since it have no less then tree separate "tracks" on the stick that the knob "hooks" in onto.

Perhaps its different from yours. And when i read the reply above, I know why, I have a manual shift, not automatic :-)
