I recently picked up a used 2001 V70 T5 with 17000 miles. I've had it for about a month now. Overall, I like the car a lot. Compared with our previous 95 850 Turbo, it's much more comfy, quieter, and handles a lot better. Problems I've had:
Transmission slipping when cold. Dealer replaced the valve body under warranty and the problem seems fixed.
The sunroof was rattling. The dealer replaced the tracks under warranty. There's a vibration in both rear doors when the radio is cranked up.
I suppose these problems would be more annoying if I'd bought the car new. Since it was $10,000 less than a new one, I can live with a few quirks that get fixed under warranty. Overall, it's a nice car.
