Due to a great California law, ALL auto manufactures who sell in California
( who doesn't) must disclose by Jan 1, 2003 information on accessing every
function that the dealers tools can access. Some are starting now, I don't
know when Volvo will make the data available, but it shouldn't be too long.
Please check back in a couple of months and we may have better data.
