A tip for accessing the T/check valve for the HEADLIGHT washers -
The reason that it is so hard to get to is that the branch that goes the passenger side light is very short. If you disconnect this at the wiper, you can then pull the T out in front of the radiator by tugging on the branch that goes to the other light. There should be plenty of slack on the supply branch. Just be sure not to pull the one you've disconnected far enough that you can't get it back.
On mine, this valve went bad, and the fluid was squirting out of the hole on top of the valve. None was getting to the lights. The windsheild still worked fine though.
