How do I Reset Service Light 850 1997

Welcome to the 97 850. You have a couple of options: Go to the dealer and have it reset or get your own equipment and reset the light. They changed the 97 model and it is no longer "easy" or simple to reset. I bought a Volvo ScanTool in order to reset mine. This program apparently has a lot of info in it but the only part that works is the one that resets the service light. Saves me money in the long run since the light comes on every 5K miles.
