The MY 2000 V70 R models had that radio as an option, along with the Dolby Pro-Logic. It's the only option on my car, and I'm glad to have it. BTW, the radio is made by Alpine (I mistakenly said Kenwood on another post several months back), and you can sometimes get Alpine CD cartridges for it (though they don't have the Volvo logo)
