I checked out the seatbelt. Turns out that the plastic trim around the fold-foward seat latch is alls screwed up. Therefore, it's not letting the release latch go back in position, which means the seatbelt won't come out. I have an email in the the parts department of a local dealer; should be an easy fix w/proper hardware.

Per IPD, the sways are different. That was a great idea though. Talk to you later.
