I just got my brakes done - did some research on this site and the consensus was that if you went with the factory pads, no squeal, but you'll get that dark dust that coats the rims. If you go with aftermarket, expect a squeal, no matter what you try.

I went all factory - can't stand the squeal. For what it's worth - replace pads for front - all factory parts $129. Had to get new rotors as well, $99 each, installed.
